Application Process

Visit the Global Talent Impacts (GTI) website to browse through a diverse range of internship opportunities available across various industries. Each internship listing provides detailed information about the role, responsibilities, and requirements.

Submit Your Application
Complete the online application form by providing essential details such as your personal information, educational background, relevant experience, and career goals. Upload any required documents, such as your resume or cover letter.

Application Review
Once you submit your application, the GTI team will review your profile and assess your qualifications in relation to the internship(s) you've applied for. This initial review ensures that your background aligns with the internship requirements.

Interview Process
If your application meets the criteria, you'll be invited for a two-stage interview process. This helps GTI understand your skills, interests, and motivations and allows you to demonstrate your capabilities and discuss how the internship aligns with your career goals.

Placement Notification
Successful candidates will receive a formal offer from GTI detailing their internship placement. This offer may include details about the internship location, start dates, duration, and any additional information relevant to your specific placement.
Onboarding and Preparation

Upon accepting the internship offer and paying the deposit, you will receive comprehensive guidance from GTI to help you prepare for your internship experience. This may include logistical details, pre-departure information, and access to resources that will support your professional development during the internship

Internship Experience
Once onboarded, you will embark on your internship journey with GTI next summer from June 22nd to July 22nd. Throughout your internship period, you will receive ongoing support, mentorship, and opportunities to apply your skills in real-world scenarios, contributing to meaningful projects aligned with your career aspirations
